Attractions are the Peace Memorial Park to commemorate the drop of the atomic
bomb, Miyajima island, famous for its shrine and the torii gate, Hiroshima Castle
which built in 1589 was totally destroyed by the atomic bomb, the island of
Miyajima Shukkejen a beautiful garden in japanese style.
At present, the castle houses a museum.
