Reviews The Shureimon temple
The Shureimon temple
The Shureimon temple in Okinawa city is a very ancient temple built by the emperor of the city during the 18th century. The temple is completely built up of red rock and red sand found in that very place. The architecture and the infrastructure of the temple reflect the old culture of the island which is still being followed in the city. A lot of tourists come down to the temple every year to witness the cultural heritage of the place.
