The Shuri Castle is one of the survivors of the Great War that took place in its period. But this structure stands tall and strong even today. This monument is kept on display for the tourists who tend to get mesmerized by its historical glory. This castle was the main centre of the Japanese army during the war. The castle has many underground caves and tunnels.
