Shinjuku Gyoen is known as one of the most important garden in Japan. It was established on the site of an old Edo Era mansion house in the year 1906. This park incorporates the examples of the English, French and the Japanese landscaping. There are over 75 different species of cherry trees inside this park. In the summer time, it is famous for hydrangeas and in the November, chrysanthemums are seen.
