Tokyo Disneyland is a 115 acre theme park situated at the Tokyo Disney Resort in Urayasu in Japan. The main gate is adjacent to Tokyo Disneyland Station and Maihama Station. This was the first Disney Park built outside the United States and opened for public in 1983. Constructed by Walt Disney Imagineering, it is entirely owned by the Oriental Land Company. There are around seven theme areas in this park, some of which are Fantasyland, Tomorrowland, Westernland and Adventureland. In 2009, the park hosted 13.65 million guests, which made it the third most visited theme parks in the world.
