The spacious Ueno Park is among the most popular tourists destination of Tokyo. Established in 1924, this renowned Park was constructed on an imperial land given by the Emperor Taisho to the city of Tokyo. Many major attractions of the city like the Tokyo National Museum, the National Museum of Western Art and Ueno zoo are located within the Ueno Park.
