The best way to get a true taste of traditional Tokyo is exploring the place by cruise boat. Tokyo Cruise Ship Co. offers a variety of sightseeing boats to the visitors and tourists along the Sumida River and on the Tokyo Bay. The boats are known as suijo-bus meaning water bus which is very popular among tourists. The cruise ride offers various interesting scenic sights of old and new buildings along the Sumida River.
The panoramic views of Tokyo Bay are fabulous. These cruise boats pass at a leisurely pace-up under twelve unique bridges on the Sumida River. The cruise rides are quite popular at the spring season in Tokyo when the beautiful cherry blossoms bloom the most. The boats take its passenger many famous tourists’ spots. It runs to different parts of Odaiba including the Ooi Seaside Park. Since Odaiba is in the middle of Tokyo Bay, it offers several scenic views on the way.
