The Resporia Hotel in Hakone, Japan is located in the mountains approximately 250 kilometers outside of Tokyo. It requires a trip by the Shinkansen, a train, bus and a cable car. But, if you want to immerse yourself into the culture. Japanese is the language spoken with very limited English. There you will enjoy challenging trail (?) hikes (or not), see the majestic Mt. Fuji and the surrounding fumaroles, Lake Ashi, and even enjoy a day at the Open Air Museum this is a place to begin and end your day's adventures. Since the hotel is built over natural hot springs, you can relax and pamper...

Fuji large and beautiful! Do take the rope car. Do take the Lake Ashi tour. See the world renown shrine Hakone-Jinja Shrine. Spend another day at the Open Air Museum. It is a must! While there, if you tire and your feet need a bit of pampering, there is a...
