I would like to invite all of you to visit Louang Pra Bang during 13 to 17 April 2009, coz that time will have a biggest Lao traditional festival called " Lao New Year, Boun Hot Nam " .
The weather there is very hot ( around 35C )but you will see sweet and sincere smiling of Lao people and enjoy with them to water each other friendly. I'm sure you will never forget LPB if you go !
