The Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary is an elephant relocation team base which began in 1974. Situated in a beautiful tropical rainforest, the sanctuary is elephant conservation program which is implemented and managed by the Malaysian Wildlife Society. Once here, one can come into close contact with these semi wild elephants, an experience which can be exciting and a memorable one too.
