Water is dirty to drink and there is also large amount of noise pollution of rickshaws. There is another problem and that is small amount of trees to breath fresh air...

Islamabad, Shakar Paryan hills, Murree and Pateyata real worth visiting. some other Northern ares are good to visit. Rawalpindi weather is hot in summer quite cold in winter, however hilly area remains with comfortable temperature. Cost of travel and stay depends on your choice of transport and place to stay in. Also depends on your negotiation.
