Singapore is one of Southeast Asia’s strongest economies. With the fourth largest foreign exchange trading centre in the world, Singapore has one of the regions busiest seaports and manufacturing centres. It also has a highly evolved financial set up. The average daily cost of living for a tourist is about 150 SGD to 300 SGD; an average meal costs anywhere between 6 SGD to 35 SGD. The Singapore subway system is the most convenient way to get around.
