Asian Civilization Museum is one of the National Museums of Singapore as listed in the National Heritage Board and presents an extensive but integrated awareness of the Pan-Asian culture and civilization.

The museum helps to promote and appreciate the rich culture of various ethnic settlements which came to Singapore from the various parts of Asia since the last two hundred years including those from South Asia, West Asia, Southeast Asia as well as China.

There are eleven themed galleries which display more than 1300 artifacts from recent acquisitions as well as from the historic period.

There are videos as well as interactive zones within the museum for visitors to learn more about the various Asian Cultures. There are changing exhibitions held here all through the year as well.

There is a restaurant, café, auditorium and a function room in the complex which provides fantastic views of the Singapore River.
