South Korea’s economy is a highly developed one, and it is ranked twelfth among the most developed economies of the world. Its major industrial products are automobiles, electronics, chemicals and steel etc., while agricultural products include rice, barley, vegetables, cattle products and so forth.

A trip to South Korea is a bit expensive and the average daily expense for a tourist will be anywhere between KRW 45,000 and KRW 200,000; food alone can cost up to KRW 10,000.
