Tourist Guide Bentota
Bentota is a coastal city located in the Southern Province of Sri Lanka. The name, Bentota, derives from a mythical history dates back to kings time and said that a demon, called Bem, ruled that river bank, Tota.
Bentota can be easily reached, thanks to the Bentota River Airport, the local airport that is not far from the city centre.
Bentota is a tourist city, due to its history and nature landmarks. It a favourite destination in Sri Lanka for water sports' lovers.
