Maradana is a suburb of Colombo, Sri Lanka and is also the main railway hub of the country with many railway yards and running sheds. The main tourists’ attraction of the Maradana is the statue of Colonel Henry Steel Olcott, the founder of Theosophical Society and the first well-known European person to make a formal Buddhism conversation.
