The Lungshan Temple is situated on Kuanzhou Street in Taipei in Taiwan and is dedicated to the goddess of mercy Guanyin. This famous temple was built by the Ching Dynasty and was restructured a number of times after it was destroyed in a cycle of natural disasters that occurred here.
The temple has a square layout with 3 sections including the front, middle and rear hall. The beams, poles and doors of the temple are aesthetically decorated with delicate bronze dragon sculptures and fine wood carvings. There are 4 pairs of dragon poles in the middle hall and the Guanyin and wishing well in the main hall are attractive places.
