Khao Takiab is a famous religious site in Thailand. This place is also known as Chopsticks Hill. These twin hills are easily visible from the Hua Hin Beach. Visitors get an enchanting view of the mighty peaks of the hills, dotted with a huge Buddha statue on them.

This 20 meters tall Buddha statue, is the center of faith and devotion of Thai people. Most of the local and foreign tourists visit these hills to see the Wat Khao Lad temple. This temple is located at the top of the hills. Visitors need to climb up the concrete staircase to reach the top.

After reaching the top, tourists can view the magnificent village of Khao Takiab down the hill. This tiny fishing village lies on a beach. Several colorful boats can be seen floating on the sea water adjacent to the village. Tourists need to beware from the monkeys on the hill top.
