The Phra Nang Beach lies in the Andaman Sea and be accessed by only boat from Ao Nang. It is connected by small footpaths to the nearby beaches like Railay East and Railway West, with a colony of monkeys in between. Amongst the three beaches, Phra Nang is the only one most suitable for swimming.
It is considered as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, along with Railay.
Phra Nang is almost cut-off from the world with tall rock walls that enclose the mesmerizing white-sand beaches and sparking sea. Many tropical plants and colorful birds give this an appearance of a perfect paradise.
The beach fortunately doesn’t get as crowded as Ao Nang or Railay so one can enjoy a quiet and relaxed time here. Longtail boats from nearby beaches are available for transport.
