Ao yon is a small beach having two sub beaches in Phuket and is a secret gem. Situated next to Koa Khad, near Cape Panwa, this quiet beach with emerald sea is worth visiting.
Suitable for amazing sunset view, this is not recommended for bathing or relaxing though. The bay is filled with boats and yachts. The beach is not a good spot to get away from the crowd. Ao yon is known as the most beautiful beach of southeast Phuket.
Once here, one can see fine white sand, coconut palms, sparkling waves twinkling in the sunlight and even in the moonlight and many such sights are worth it.
