Phuket International Airport - Phuket

Phuket International Airport is located in the North of Phuket Island, thirty-two kms from central Phuket city.

It plays a prominent role in Thailand’s tourism industry as Phuket Island is a well-know tourist attraction across the world.

After Suvarnabhumi Airport of Bangkok, this is the 2nd busiest airport in terms of passengers in all of Thailand. International flights, including Charter and Domestic airlines connect the city to most of the other cities in the world.

The airport can handle 24 flight operations at any given hour. The airport provides many facilities for the tourists.

There are more than ten retail shops that deal with variety of goods and duty-free buys like cigarettes, liquor, perfumes and more.

On the 3rd floor of the complex, the Thai Airways International Restaurant is located which serves Thai & European food. Various snack bars are situated throughout the airport terminal.
