The best time to visit Phuket is widely considered to be from November to March, when climate is still endurable and temperature doesn't usually exceed 32C (89F).
Even if the weather in Phuket is quite warm all year round in fact, it's strongly advised to avoid the months from May to June and from August to October, since these are the hottest ones and when rainfalls mostly occour.
Someone else also considers July as the best time visit Phuket instead, because of the gentle breeze that makes evenings very enjoyable...
