There are countless attractions in Tibet which makes it a very popular tourist destination. This country is home to some of the most beautiful (and highest) mountains in the world. It is absolutely wonderful to watch these picturesque snow-capped peaks, and the experience is that of a lifetime. The Yaluzhangbu Grand Canyon, Yamdrok Yumtso Lake, Ranwu Lake, Najiabawa Scenic Zone, etc are some the most visited scenic destinations in the country.

Tibet is also famous for its numerous beautiful monasteries that bear intricate designs, colourful patterns etc. Some of the noted monasteries include the Trandruk Monastery, Samye Monastery, Chambaling Monastery and so forth.
