The Tibet Museum has a rich collection of prehistoric cultural relics such as Buddha statues, golden albums, colourful tangkas and various printed Sanskrit and Tibetan scriptures. It's a good starting point to explore this wonderful and fashinating Culture.

| While this museum is definitely worthwhile to be seen, the visitor should bear in mind that Tibetan culture is presented in very biased way to serve the political propaganda of the Chinese Government and justify the occupation of Tibet, termed in the typical deceitful vocabulary of authoritarian regimas as "peaceful liberationliberation". |
