Al Ain International Airport is located in Al Ain city of Abu Dhabi. It is the 2nd largest and busiest airport in Abu Dhabi.
The city center of Al Ain lies at about 13 km on the south- east side of the airport. The Sileimat Highway leads towards the Al Ain International Airport.
Visitors can hire a car to reach the airport. However, there is no car rental available on the airport itself. The public buses connect all the major spots in the city with the airport.
Tourists can hire a taxi at the Al Ghazal Taxi stand on the airport.
The important flights that operate from the airport include Air India, Ariana Afghan Airlines, EgyptAir, Royal Jordanian and Sudan Airways.
These flights cover destinations like, Kozhikode in South India, Kabul, Cairo, Amman and Khartoum.
The airport provides facilities like ATMs, public telephones, currency exchanging banks, restaurants, cafes, duty free shopping complex and trolleys to carry luggage.
