This is a historical museum situated adjacent to the Al Hosn Palace. The museum has an archaeological section with displays dating back to the Bronze and Iron ages, coin collections and gold pendants. The Ethnographical section displays the daily life of the people in this area through the customs and traditions, reconstruction of traditional majilis and a display of household items and jewelry. The Grand Hili tomb is an attraction here which has been reconstructed.
