Indulge in some shopping at the local souks; a great place to stop for some gold and gold jewellery is the famous Deira Gold Souq.
A land of extremes, you can either head to the desert and take a desert safari and go dune bashing or make for the coastline and spend the day sailing, fishing, snorkelling and scuba diving.
