The fastest and the cheapest way to travel around Hanoi differ depending on what mode one is comfortable with. Whilst here, there is no shortage of transport options either for holiday travelers or for corporate travelers. If one opts to travel by car, it can be a real treat for him, if he has extra time as Hanoi has some of the best roads in entire Vietnam. Buses are very cheap, but slow, so anyone interested in sightseeing can opt for this mode of transportation. Taxis are many and can be hired too as this is the easiest and the safest way to travel around this city. There are also motorbikes, which are cheap and easy method to go around. There are plenty of two seater cycles, which are also easy to travel around, though it should be avoided at nighttime. Then, many can also travel through trains, the main station being the Hanoi train station. The train ticket section is however not essentially the place where the train arrives and departs. The ticket section is at specified counters near the station.
