Hanoi has endless number of nightclubs, pubs, bars and discotheques with varying choices for locals as well tourists. Almost every evening, the roads, stalls, clubs and pubs get crowded. The active nightlife is categorized into quiet bars and loud music bars, having bustling crowd, DJ music and live bands as well. For those who are interested in quiet evenings, they can visit the clubs that offer candle light dinner, bars and a dancing floor. However, some prefer to interact with locals, so they can visit the bars and clubs that offer loud music, good food, spirits and beer too.
There has been new additions in Hanoi night clubs too like the Sandbox, Don’s and Hanoi Rock City that offer occasional live musical events other than art exhibitions that attract an international crowd. People wanting to have more active nightlife can visit the Next Bar or the Dragonfly other than the Face Club, the Sunset Bar and many others.
