The best time to visit the Bahamas is from March to July as the weather becomes too hot after July.
The calm, relaxing weather of late spring and early summer is ideal for outdoor activities.
The period from January to February is instead quite cold.
Events and Entertainment
The Bahamas hosts several events of cultural and political significance. The first week of June is celebrated as the Labour Day which is followed by the Independence Day celebrations on 10 July. Emancipation Day is celebrated in August and 12 October is considered as the Discovery Day.
