Tourist Guide St. Lawrence Gap
St. Lawrence Gap, a long stretch of road, is located on the southern coast of Barbados. Situated in the parish of Christ Church, St. Lawrence Gap has Oistins to its east and Worthings to the west. The region has a population of not more than 40,000 inhabitants.
Barbados has a tropical climate constantly cooled by sea breezes. The island is mostly dry and sunny with brief showers. The best time for visit is from December to May.The region has witnessed up-gradation and renovation in recent times and has been provided with more beach facilities, including a boardwalk and shopping kiosks. The economy of the place is sustained almost entirely through tourism.
