The Crystal and Fantasy Caves are considered to be a place of remarkable natural beauty. The Crystal cave leads one into a silent world of delicate splendour.
The cave is full of splendid crystal stalagmites and stalactites that surround a clear lake. The Fantasy Cave, discovered in 1907, is practically a jewel box packed with formations from top to bottom.
The ceilings are adorned with extraordinary chandelier collections of soda straw formations. The walls are covered in calcite mineral deposit that remind one of frozen waterfalls.
The cave also has an underlying system of passageways that connect it with the ocean All this makes the caves a natural wonder that must not be missed. The Fantasy cave has now been tastefully re-illuminated and all the pathways rebuilt.
Visitors can have two incredible experiences by visiting both the Crystal and Fantasy caves. The two caves are so unalike, that the difference in itself can be considered a natural incredible wonder.
