The Guanacaste city is located right in the central region of the Costa Rica state. Guanacaste is located along the coast of the Pacific Ocean. This city borders Nicaragua on the Northern side. It is located in the centre of Alajuela and the Puntarenas province. The city earns its major economy from the sale of agricultural products in the markets over the complete state. The city is a settlement of the Roman Catholic and also has many churches in the vicinity of the city. This place is known for its Ox- Drawn cart races during festivals. The city also has several museums and historic buildings which pull over a variety of crowd towards the city. The total area covered by the city is almost around 10,141 sq. kilometers and the population of the city is 264,238. The climate in the city is pretty cool and calm with little rain and also consistent heat.
