Tourist Guide San Antonio de Belén
San Antonio or San Antonio de Belen as it is locally called in Heredia Province in Costa Rica - Central America is located in the Central Valley. It is quite close to San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica, and Alajuela. This city is surrounded by mountains.
The population of this city is about 18,000 people. The localities are called Belemitas and are known to be warm and cheerful people. The city does not witness a very high standard of living however is the best locality to work, study or live in terms of safety.
The weather of San Antonio is quite pleasant with temperatures ranging from 20 to 25 Degree Celsius throughout the year. Since the country’s proximity to the Equator, one comes across a tropical climate. The country witness mainly two seasons: the Dry Season from November to May and the Green or the Wet Season from May to November when mornings are sunny and it pours during the afternoons.
