Our Multi Sport Tour includes Mountain Biking, Hiking, Rafting, Canoying. During our 8-days tour you will explore the forests in Monteverde and Rincon de la Vieja, full of wildlife and nature, and volcanoes in Arenal National Park. Raft exciting whitewater and mountain bike through remote river valleys.
Day 1: Our tour starts from San Jose, from where we will move to Arenal to observe the constantly erupting Arenal Volcano. We then visit the Tabacon region, dotted with gardens, paths and thermal pools.
Day 2: We will do rafting through White Water Rio Sarapiqui, traversing eight miles of remote and scenic waters. We'll then explore Tilaran Mountains National Park, and hike its trails through the forest.
Day 3: We will Hike La Fortuna Waterfall, down the slopes of the La Fortuna Canyon just to its base, where'll we finally relax or take a swim.
Day 4: We will enjoy exploring the surrounding forest canopy: we will hike through the cloud forest, then climb a rope ladder. Once in the canopy, we will slide from platform where we will admire the spectacular views offered by the platforms, which are up to 33 meters height above the forest floor. We will then enjoy a hike through Monteverde Cloud Forest Preserve, famous for the big variety of life forms that populates it.
Day 5: We will explore Santa Elena Nature Reserve, where you may observe views of the Caribbean lowlands and the Arenal volcano. We end our day with a visit to the Hacienda Guachipelin.
Day 6: We will do Mountain Biking through Rincon de la Vieja National Park, one of the most beautiful areas of Costa Rica, set in the foothills of the breath-taking Rincon de la Vieja Volcano.
Day 7: We will do a Kazm Canyon Tour, starting from the edge of a cliff sliding on suspended ropes through the canyon, then go through the platforms and finally have a long traverse.
Day 8: End of your multi-sport tour in Costa Rica, transfer to San Jose
