Some of the most popular Cuban attractions include Baracoa and Cayo Largo, an island with nudist facilities. For those interested in diving and snorkelling, be sure to visit the Maria la Gorda.
Also visit the Parque Josone, which is home to great restaurants, a manmade lake and beautiful peacocks, Acuario Nacional, for a spectacular view of dolphins, and Castillo del Morro, which is a place of great historical significance. For visitors with an artistic inclination, Museo Nacional Palacio de Bellas Artes is a must visit. The museum is home to exotic Egyptian, Greek, Roman and European collections.
El Rincon is a place of great religious significance for the Cubans. Cuba also offers its visitors great trekking and hiking opportunities like the Sierra Maestra mountain range and the Pico Turquino, Cuba’s highest mountain. The Marina Hemingway in Havana hosts a yearly fishing tournament which attracts tourists from all around the globe.
