Bloody Bay is situated to the north side of Rutland Point towards Booby Cay and is a good place for snorkeling. There are many all-inclusive resorts that are lined up near the beach. This beach is one of the most picturesque beaches in Negril and one can see sugary white sand and azure waves. There is still a debate on how this beach claimed its name. Some argue that it was the site of pirates and their battlefield. Some say it was the site of hunters to massacre whales. It is said that this beach was once a port for whalers, who butchered their catches here, turning the waters red with blood.
