West End
West End is a road in south of a widely dispersed beach resort town of Negril. West end road is also called as Lighthouse Road, as Belgian engineered lighthouse is situated here protecting seafarers from the cliffs.
West end was the place where Negril had its first Hotel called as the Yacht Club owned by Mary’s Bay. West end is basically a cliff area, lined up with many resorts offering privacy. The west offers easy access to waters good for diving and snorkeling. One can find many suitable diving areas as high as forty feet.
Numerous shops and vendors are situated around these resorts in west end where one can enjoy shopping while enjoying the magnificent views and soothing atmosphere of the beach. The rock cliffs are carved with the ancient caves which are worth exploring. One can enjoy the best spectacular views of sunrise and sunsets on west end beaches. Above all it is a place worth visiting while exploring Negril.
