The city of Blue Fields is a town situated on the mouth of the Escondido River Basin in the state of Nicaragua in USA. It is seated on the area completed by the duality of the Corinto and the Puerto Sandino Ports. The people here indulge in coastal activities or occupations. Even in 2008, this place did not have road contacts with the rest of the state. Most of the people here are interested in the fishing industry. Ferrying people across the state is another option. The modes of transportation here are special boats named 'Pangas'. The population here was counted and was found to be around 45,547 in the 2005 census. The number of Museums and the numerous churches here uplift this city from the rest. The climatic conditions here are humid but they are comfortable. The summers are hotter and the winters are very cool and calm. It serves as an important neighbour to the localities of Santa Rosa and San Mateo.
