The city of Leon is located in the Central part of Nicaragua which in turn lies in South America. It is at a distance of 11 miles from the Pacific Ocean. The River Chiquito is the main water body here. Being located in the north eastern region of USA the weather in this city is perfect for tourists in winters and is a bit warm in summers. The city is influenced by the Spanish culture because they were the original inhabitants here. The climate here is of the oceanic type.
