It is base on my wisdom. I'm not residence of that municipality but i know San Juan is good and i say San Juan is the modest town in the country! And regarding to their facility it is quite improve and functional, organize and more!
I love the city but it need more police officers around the mayor's office. to many homeless people asking for money and following you into the store! not good for san juan.
