Location: the farmhouse is situated in the heart of the Umbria region. The historic center of Perugia is only 4 km away from the farm. Here, you'll find good restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarkets. Assisi is just 15, Gubbio 28 km; Assisi and Spello 15 km; Trasimeno Lake 20 km; Todi and Orvieto, 45 km.
Composition: the farmhouse is composed by 5 bilo-apartments recently restored (Paulownia, Rocco, Oca, Fico, Riding) and 1 mono-apartment (Chiocciola). Services: the apartments have gardens, swimming pool, play area for children, open barbecue. The apartments are simply furnished, offering a comfortable stay in the countryside at a working farm.
The farmhouse apartments are all perfectly restored, each one with private entrance and common garden. Inside they are tastefully furnished with TV and their single unit heating system. Products: the farm is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees and which house the production center of the farm's products. Our farm produces an high quality extra virgin olive oil, good red wine from Sangiovese and Montepulciano grapes and jams. We offer a bottle of our wine to all the guest of the farm!
Cooking lessons: learn to cook authentic Italian dishes in an informal and friendly environment where you will learn the passion of the Italian kitchen and have fun doing it. A comprehensive hands-on cookery course given by a teacher who will teach you to make splendid Italian three course dinners covering all the basic Italian cooking techniques. Cooking tours: take day trips to taste extra virgin olive oils, pecorino cheese, Umbrian wines and to visit the some artistic cities in Umbria and Tuscany. For all the tours we will give you car and car driver expert in touristic services. Groups are kept small and vary between 2 and 6 participants. |
