City Guesthouse is a centrally located, fully furnished facility located in downtown Toronto. We are minutes from the Sherbourne subway station as well as all public transport. Our Guesthouse is located also within a 15 minute walk from Ryerson University and two subway stops from the University of Toronto. We have independent rooms as well as an apartment with a bedroom, kitchen and living room. Also included is a washroom with washer and dryer.Our Twin Room (Apartment) consists of 2 double beds, that can accommodate 4 people easily.**Our cancellation policy is 48 hours before arrival,otherwise a one night's charge applies,No cancellations or refunds for early departures.If after you arrive,you decide not stay the number of daysbooked,we reserve the right to charge you any days thatremain unsold.Paid parking available near by.**Note: Our Check-in time is 12 PM to 10 PM, unless otherwise requested and arranged with us. Please state your arrival time in the booking formNo minimum stay requirements.Taxes not included in price, 11% will be added to bill.
