The apartment is located in the new building and it is equipped with A/C cable TV, washing/dryer machine and dish washing. There is a lovely terrace in front of the studio and the garage belonging to the apartment right behind. During the summer periods there is a lot of activities presented in the Uvala Lapad, one of the most beautiful walking pathways in Dubrovnik. In the vicinity of the apartment there are restaurants, shopping mall, grocery stores and bus stops to take you directly to the Old Town - cca 10 minutes bus ride.
