Instead,upon arrival in Paris you must call the hostess in charge of greeting you: - if you are calling from a french phone, then to call us you must do : 06 83 11 91 96 or 01 42 23 02 51. - if you are calling from abroad, then to call us you must do: 00 33 ******** 196 or 00 33 ******** 251.You must pay the full balance due BY CREDIT CARD OR BY CASH upon arrival in your Backpacker Apartment.• Changes or alterations to your reservation cannot be made at your check-in.You can only extend your stay if we have availability.Cancellation/alteration policy:• We do not support change or alteration of the original booking.To alter or change your reservation, you must cancel the original reservation and rebook once again. We do not accept reservation changes or alterations by e-mail or by phone.• Cancellations must be made only by e-mail at least 72 hours (4 days) prior to your arrival date. If adequate notice is not received, we will unfortunately have to debit your card.
