This 2-room apartment features a bedroom and a living room adjacent to a kitchen, which is very convenient because everything is at hand. The apartment is decorated in a unique style. There is a pull-out sofa, a TV set and high speed internet in the living-room. The bedroom is beyond any expectations: from a soft and convenient bed to a spacious wardrobe. The toilet and bathroom are joined together. The kitchen is well-equipped: you can find here an electric kettle, a microwave stove, a refrigerator and all other equipment and utensils necessary to cook. You can also enjoy a magnificent view down from a large loggia. During your stay in the apartment your privacy will not be disturbed! If the Customer cancels his or her reservation up to 7 days before check in, the Customer’s money will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee associated with paper work associated with making the booking. A cancellation charge equal to 1 night’s accommodation per apartment booked will be applied if cancellation is made within 7 days or less of check in or if the Customer fails to arrive. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of 1 night’s accommodation per apartment booked will also be applied if the Customer moves out of the apartment 1 full day or more before the Customer’s reserved departure time.
