The apartment is a Western renovated two room unit featuring a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a light living room with a pull out sofa. A fully equipped kitchen, 24 hour hot water, satellite TV, and a very secure entrance. Appliances: fridge, washing machine, electric stove, electric kettle, microwave. The apartment is equipped with everything that you need to make your stay in Moscow as comfortable as possible. Because of its location, it is definitely a great place to stay for people who come to Moscow on holiday but at the same time many of the city’s businesses are located in this area which makes it convenient for business travelers as well. If the Customer cancels his or her reservation up to 7 days before check in, the Customer’s money will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee associated with paper work associated with making the booking. A cancellation charge equal to 1 night’s accommodation per apartment booked will be applied if cancellation is made within 7 days or less of check in or if the Customer fails to arrive. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of 1 night’s accommodation per apartment booked will also be applied if the Customer moves out of the apartment 1 full day or more before the Customer’s reserved departure time.
