This is a 3-room apartment in the typical Russian old style, with wooden interior a la 1920s. The kitchen is not very big, yet equipped with all you may need to prepare food. There is a double bed and a wardrobe in one bedroom. The second bedroom is for one person - it has a single bed and a wardrobe. The living room features a pull-out sofa, a TV set and a Soviet Style wardrobe. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, satellite TV, free international phone call system and internet access. The entrance to the building has been recently renovated. The apartment is on the first floor and there are bars on the windows for the reason of extra security. If the Customer cancels his or her reservation up to 7 days before check in, the Customer’s money will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee associated with paper work associated with making the booking. A cancellation charge equal to 1 night’s accommodation per apartment booked will be applied if cancellation is made within 7 days or less of check in or if the Customer fails to arrive. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of 1 night’s accommodation per apartment booked will also be applied if the Customer moves out of the apartment 1 full day or more before the Customer’s reserved departure time.
