A nice 2 room apartment situated not far from the centre of Moscow – only a 10 minute metro ride away from everything. Although this apartment is not very big, it is well designed and comfortable. It has a living room and a bedroom. In the living room you have everything you need to spend a restful time, including a pull-out sofa, a wardrobe, a little table with chairs and TV with a satellite hook up. There is also a balcony in the apartment. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed. There is also a little TV set in the bedroom. This apartment comes with unlimited, free international phone calls- which makes it ideal for people, who come to Moscow for business. The apartment has a small kitchenette in the hallway that comes with everything you might need in everyday life: an electric kettle, a microwave oven, a gas stove, a little fridge, plates, pots, etc. There is also a bathroom that has a shower cabin, a toilet and a washing machine.If the Customer cancels his or her reservation up to 7 days before check in, the Customer’s money will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee associated with paper work associated with making the booking. A cancellation charge equal to 1 night’s accommodation per apartment booked will be applied if cancellation is made within 7 days or less of check in or if the Customer fails to arrive. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of 1 night’s accommodation per apartment booked will also be applied if the Customer moves out of the apartment 1 full day or more before the Customer’s reserved departure time.
