Lanchid 19 Design Hotel in Budapest 

The hotel is located directly on the Danube riverbank, a hundred meters from the Lánchíd (“Chain Bridge”) away. Budapest City centre is within a further hundred meters, the Castle is a ten-minute walk to the top of the Castle hill which emerges literally from the backyard of Lánchíd 19. The specially designed suites offer large panorama terraces. Lánchíd 19 accommodates 3 conference rooms with a combined capacity of 100 participants.

The hotel's 45 rooms and 3 suites all have an individual look. They boast views at the UNESCO World Heritage sites of the Pest riverbank or the Buda Royal Castle. The walls tell stories inspired by the modern chairs of well-known designers, as if the recollections, fantasies and understandings of the guests entering the rooms were projected to them. The 60 m² panorama suites have large terraces and bathrooms providing beautiful views of Budapest.

The L19 restaurant on the first floor can seat up to 60 guests. Its gastronomic concept combines contemporary and traditional dishes accompanied by international and Hungarian wine specialities as well as the hotel’s own branded wine. Custom-designed furnishings, unique china as well as a staff uniform following the latest trends in fashion distinguishes the L19 from common hotel restaurants. The backyard cafe directly attached to the wall of the Royal Castle overrun by lush greenery, can be connected to the restaurant on request. Vivid colours and an extensive assortment of drinks can be enjoyed in the 24-hour bar, which can be opened to the front-side arcades.
